PERSONAL COACHING
I coach people. It’s what I do. That’s more important to me than anything else. If I am coaching great people and am able to help make their lives easier and more pleasurable, then I am doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing with my energy.
My fees for traditional, one-on-one coaching are value based. If you're up to something and we have the right chemistry, I will make you an offer you cannot refuse. That’s one of the most popular questions I get, so I thought to get it out of the way.
The typical format includes three coaching calls per month which last about 40 minutes per session. All sessions are set up for the first three weeks of the month.
That’s right, all of this is done over the telephone. You call me for your session time from the comfort of your home, office or where ever your travels take you. I have clients all over the U.S. and the world. From Ireland, Sweden, Washington D.C., New York, to Australia and everywhere in between.
I coach from the comfort of my home office in the foothills of the Adirondacks and with a stunning view of the Vermont Green Mountains. If you’ve never worked with a coach over the phone, I can tell you from my ten+ years of experience, it works beautifully.
I request a minimum commitment of six months to work with me. For the record, the majority of clients I work with stick around for at least a year and many for several years. When it works, it works!
Important Note: I usually have a waiting list as I have a full and active private practice. But if you’re one of those great people I love to work with, please don’t let this deter you, and do give me a call. Nothing excites me more than connecting with someone great!

In many ways, Laser Coaching is like traditional coaching. We meet via telephone and rapidly get clear on what’s blocking you or what you’d like to improve on.
I request that you set aside one full hour to be fully present during our time together.
Laser Coaching is not about getting advice or setting up accountability.
Laser Coaching is about going straight to the heart of the issue at hand.
In Laser Coaching we identify the underlying dynamic (what’s really going on) and through this process and the ensuing clarity, changes are made very quickly. Much of this work is done through an Attraction Perspective. In other words, according to the principles of Attraction, how are you blocking your deepest desires from manifesting in your life?
Laser Coaching is a time for cutting to the chase. It is a time for getting down to the business of making real change in your life. It is important to be aware that if you begin to get into story telling, complaining, blaming, being judgemental, etc., anything that is not about getting to the issue and making real change, Drew will gently but firmly intervene and guide you to the real issue and its resolution.
